Sensali turns 3D plant models and project data into a construction schedule automatically.
Our AI platform allows you to upload all inputs of a megaproject such as equipment lists, line lists, norm spreadsheets, etc along with the 3D models from which an executable construction sequence is generated.
The sequence uses encoded rules and industry standard norms when specific datapoints are missing from the uploaded files. The engineering theory follows the foundations to instrumentation workflow, with the rule library allowing a company to edit/add their own custom engineering and construction rules/methods.
The generated sequence already has WBS, dependency logic, and resources all baked in allowing planning teams to instantly receive a first pass schedule to work on. It can be viewed natively inside the Sensali platform as either a Gantt Chart/Table, or exported as an XER file into PrimaVera P6 with all aspects of the schedule staying the same and optimised for the platform.
The final feature is a 4D BIM simulator inside the app itself which physically simulates the generated schedule to show how the plant installation would occur. This gives the planning team confidence knowing that the schedule is feasible in the real world.
