How Sensali handles project data, model files and the details you send through this website.

Short answer

Sensali is operated by Sensali Pty Ltd in Perth, Western Australia. Traffic to this website is encrypted end to end and served through a global edge network, so the origin infrastructure is never exposed directly. Enquiry details are stored in an access controlled database, are never sold or shared with advertisers, and customer project data is never reused between customers. An NDA is available before any model or project data is shared.

This website

  • All traffic is served over HTTPS with HSTS, so the connection cannot be downgraded.
  • The site is served through a global edge network that terminates traffic, absorbs volumetric and denial of service attacks, and keeps the origin infrastructure and its addresses off the public internet.
  • A strict content security policy, frame protection, MIME sniffing protection and a restrictive permissions policy are applied to every response, which blocks script injection, clickjacking and unwanted device access.
  • There are no advertising trackers, no third party analytics profiling and no cross site cookies. Nothing is sold to data brokers.

Enquiry details

  • The demo request form collects only a name, work email, optional company and your message. Nothing else is captured from your device.
  • Submissions are validated on the server, rate limited and protected against automated abuse. Rate limiting uses a one way cryptographic fingerprint. Your IP address is never stored, logged or written to the database.
  • Enquiries are written to a private database table with row level security enabled and no public read access. Only the Sensali backend can read them.
  • Enquiry details are used only to reply to you. They are never sold, rented or shared for marketing. Email aum@sensali.com.au to have your details deleted and it will be actioned promptly.

Project and model data

  • An NDA is signed before any model, schedule or engineering data is shared.
  • Customer project data is used only for that customer's work and is never reused between customers.
  • Project data is not used to train public or third party models.
  • Enterprise and customer controlled deployment is supported, so model files can stay inside your own environment where required.
  • Data is returned or destroyed on request at the end of an engagement.

If you believe you have found a vulnerability, email aum@sensali.com.au with the details. Reports are reviewed promptly and responsible disclosure is welcomed.
